Amazing 30 minutes home cardio workout that needs no equiptment

This quick Home Cardio Workout will blast up to 350 calories in just under 30 minutes, and you’ll build strength while you are at it. Do this routine just 3 times a week to drop winter weight.

Workout Instructions:

Jumping Jacks. Keep the knees slightly bent and land softly on the balls of your feet. Engage your core and glutes and maintain your knees in line with your hips and feet. Keep your arms extended and your elbows loosened during the entire workout and maintain a steady and smooth breathing pattern.

Wall Sit. Hold the wall sit position for 30 secs to 1 minute and, as you get more advance, hold for longer periods of time. You can also increase the challenge by holding a weight in your hands, the heavier the weight the more your legs will work, or you are able to lift one leg and do one legged wall sits.

Burpees. Keep your back straight and your core engaged at all times and maintain a natural and regular breathing pattern throughout the exercise. If done incorrectly, burpees can put your body at high risk of injury.
