Get rid of love handles, and build strong and s3xy abs with this at home workout schedule

In a couple of months, summer will be here again; that time when ladies put on their bikinis and the guys wear their speedos. Have you been working on your midsection and muffin top lately? If you have not started as yet, here are 11 muffin top exercises that will get you in shape for summer.


There are several versions, this is one type of intense exercise that helps with burning off muffin top. To get started, lay flat on your stomach and straighten your legs and then slowly lift up your body with your toes and hand. You may look like you are doing pushups.

Ensure your back is as straight as possible and your stomach is pulled in. Hold in this position for 10 seconds or longer, if you can’t hold up using your arms you can brace yourself using your forearms.

This exercise works out all of your muscles even though it is not intense. It is good for your heart and it builds your glutes, legs, arms and shoulders.

Donkey kicks


A really good exercise to help get rid of those muffin top and tone up those legs. The best way to do it is to get down on all fours, pull in your stomach and with your knee at a 90 degrees angle kick back your left leg, keep in that position for 15 seconds then lower and repeat. You can switch to the other leg after 30 reps. Do 3 sets in total for more intensity
